| Industrial Properties of the South is an Alabama General Partnership consisting of Charlene B. Graham and her husband, Dr. Jerry M. Graham, M.D. They have been developing and leasing property in the Huntsville area since 1978.
Currently, Industrial Properties of the South ownes and operates over 1.3 million square feet of industrial and office space.

The Boeing Company, Chrysler Corporation, State of Alabama, General Services Administration, Sears, Madison Research, Lockheed Martin, Computer Sciences Corporation, Westwind Technologies, Inc., Mtronics.com, Siemens VDO, SAIC, Benchmark Electronics, International Diesel, Dynetics, Inc. and Bechtel.
The partnership has four office staff and six maintenance/building superintendents in addition to the Grahams.
Industrial Properties of the South strives to meet all local, state and regional building codes, which include ADA requirements, environmental safely and fire safety standards. All facilities are heated and cooled and most are fire sprinkled.
Charlene B. Graham is the majority owner of Industrial Properties of the South, which is considered a woman owned small business for governmental contracting purposes.
